Service Agreement Terms:

· By requesting service, I agree to the fixed pricing and understand that service is first-come, first-served.
· I understand the "No Data, No Pay" policy. I have backed up my data and will not hold Logic Patch liable for any data loss.
· I understand the service is for software/setup only and does not include hardware repair.
· For hardware upgrades (SSD/RAM), I must provide the parts. Logic Patch is only responsible for the labor of installation.
· I authorize Logic Patch to perform the stated services.
· I understand that Logic Patch will provide an official receipt for this transaction as required by the BIR.

SERVICE RULES & REGULATIONS

7-Day Labor Guarantee: If the same problem occurs due to our work within 7 days, we will fix it for free.
No Data, No Pay: Please back up your data before any service. We are not liable for any data loss.
Service fees are non-refundable after successful completion.
For Hardware/Network Services: The customer must provide all necessary parts (SSD, RAM, Router, Cables, etc.). We only charge for the labor of installation and configuration.
For Software/Games: The customer must own a legal license or account for any paid software or games. We only provide installation assistance.
For Website Creation: The price is a project fee. Once the final site is delivered and approved, the fee is non-refundable.
